# Custom Development

> Enterprise-grade custom development services for organizations with unique integration, reporting, or workflow requirements that go beyond out-of-the-box platform capabilities.

# Custom Development

Pingtree's enterprise Custom Development service gives your organization access to dedicated engineering resources for building integrations, automations, and data pipelines that are purpose-built for your business. If your requirements go beyond what the standard platform offers, our team can build it.

## Our Approach

### API-First Development

All custom development at Pingtree follows an API-first approach. This means:

* Integrations are built to be reliable, versioned, and maintainable
* Custom endpoints are documented and testable via the Pingtree API Explorer
* Webhooks and data flows are designed for scalability from day one

### Dedicated Resources

Enterprise clients receive access to dedicated development resources rather than a shared queue. Your builds are prioritized and managed by engineers who understand your account context.

<Tip>
  If you are migrating from another lead management platform, our data migration service can help you preserve historical performance data and minimize disruption during the transition.

## Common Use Cases

* **Non-standard buyer integrations** — a buyer requires a custom ping-post format or real-time response logic not supported by standard endpoints
* **CRM sync** — bidirectional sync between Pingtree lead data and an external CRM or data warehouse
* **Custom compliance logic** — automated consent verification, suppression list checks, or state-specific routing rules
* **Advanced reporting** — cross-campaign performance dashboards combining lead, click, and conversion data
* **Multi-system orchestration** — Pingtree acting as a central hub coordinating data between multiple buyer and source APIs

## SLAs and Priority Support

Enterprise Custom Development clients receive:

| Commitment                     | Details                                                               |
| ------------------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Priority Queue** | Development requests are prioritized over general support queue items |
| **Response SLA** | Initial scoping response within agreed SLA timeframes |
| **Resolution SLA** | Delivery timelines agreed upfront based on scope |
| **Dedicated Point of Contact** | A named Solutions Engineer assigned to your account |

## Getting Started

To discuss a custom development requirement:

1. **Contact your account manager** — they will arrange an initial scoping call with the engineering team.
2. **Submit a support ticket** — navigate to **Support > Tickets**, create a new ticket, and set the type to **Custom Development Request**. Include as much detail as possible: API documentation, data samples, expected behavior, and timeline requirements.
3. **Schedule a Working Session** — for complex requirements, a working session is recommended to walk through your needs live before scoping begins.

<Tip>
  For third-party integrations, sharing the buyer's or source's API documentation at the start of the scoping process significantly speeds up delivery timelines.
