Campaign Data By Type

Effortlessly view and filter your data by clicks, forms, or calls, tailoring your experience to your specific needs. Customize your data table by selecting preferred columns and rearranging them with a simple drag-and-drop function.

Keep in mind that if you create a custom field, you must enable it to be displayed in the data table. This level of customization ensures you have the data you need at your fingertips while maintaining security and privacy.

Click Data Type

The Click Data Type Table is your go-to resource for gaining insights into user engagement with your campaigns. It provides a clear, organized view of click-related data, making it easy to assess and optimize your marketing efforts.

Form Data Type

The Form Data Type Table simplifies the process of tracking and analyzing form submissions and conversions within your campaigns. It offers a comprehensive view of form-related data, making it effortless to evaluate and enhance your conversion strategies.

Request Logs

Unlock transaction insights by delving into request logs. These logs provide you with intricate details about each transaction, enabling you to conduct precise and thorough analysis. There are many different types of logs that can be viewed. The type of log will tell you which specific API was fired. Each of these logs will contain a request (data requested via API) and a response (an indication that the data was received or delivered successfully)

These logs will tell you where the lead originated from and who it was ultimately sold to.

Within each of these different types of logs, will be a paylod. This payload contains all of the granular lead data that was requested as well as the lead data that was delivered.

Click Listing

Visualize user engagement through click listings to gain a profound understanding of how users interact with your listings. See exactly what the user saw on the offer wall and if they converted with an endpoint.

Pingtree's click listing feature can be a very integral part of a campaigns success. This is a great no-code developement feature where users can integrate a click listing tile that will faciliate traffic to an end buyer.

In many cases, users utlize this functionality by applying it towards lead traffic that may not have qualified for the initial product offer. Instead of declining this traffic, click listings can provide an outlet to monetize these leads through a similar offering via the click listing.

Pingtree provides the template which entirely customizable and includes a spot for the buyer or offer's logo, custom CTA verbiage, buttons, disclaimers and more.

These click listings will live within the campaign level. Users can track the amount of clicks from said click listings and send lead data to the partner as well as get postbacks with revenue and conversion events.

Users may also create an endless amount of click listings and route certain types of lead traffic to them as well as integrate specific rules that determine the order heirarchy of where a click listing is placed on your offer wall.

Transaction History

Pingtree's transaction history provides you with the history of your lead. From the initial source all the way through it's final destination.

This view helps you to visualize the path the lead took along with any events, payouts and revenue that the lead was attributed with along the way.

Transaction Playback

Visualize the actual interaction a user had with your offer, in the form of a video. This unique feature shows you how long the user was on a page, where they scrolled their mouse or browser to, which buttons they hovered over but didn't click and much much more.

The best part is, you're able to customize it to where pixels can fire, even if the lead didn't click on a call to action button.

Decline Logs

Within your lead data logs, you will see decline logs. This log will tell you two things:

  1. Why a lead wasn't sold to a certain advertiser or delivered to an endpoint. This could be due to CAPs, geo filters, time filters, or routing logic and routing rules.
  2. Who the lead did end up with

Click data provides all financial, conversion and volume-related data relating to a click lead.

Viewing Click Data

Click data will be viewed within your click data table.

The click data table is your go-to resource for gaining insights into user engagement with your campaigns. It provides a clear, organized view of click-related data, making it easy to assess and optimize your marketing efforts.

Form Data

Form data will contain the same insight as click data, however in most cases, it will have more comprehensive lead data.

This form data is collected when a pixel is fired on a the submission of a form. It can contain all of the lead data points that were collected on the form and provide better overall conversion data.

Viewing Form Data

In your data view, you will select the forms tab.

Once the forms tab is selected, you will be able to view all of the form leads. You can view all form data, or you can view a more specific set of form data by filtering to a specific date range, an individual source as well as the advertiser.

After selecting how you want to view the data collection, you will select the "Actions" drop down to the very right of the lead, and choose "View Form" to bring up the form single view.

Reviewing Form Acceptance / Rejection

Form acceptance and rejections are viewed within the request logs.

When an API is fired, you will see a "request" that contains all of the lead fields and data that the API called for. You will also see a "reponse" that typically will tell you if the API was successful or not.
