Creative Kanban

Pingtree developed a unique way for users to visualize the timeline from the moment a creative is uploaded to the point where it's in a production enviroment, and everthing in between.

Kanban Steps

NEW - Creative has been uploaded and a Creative ID has been assigned

IN PROGRESS - Creative is being worked on

DESIGN REVIEW - All design aspects of the creative are being reviewed

APPROVED FOR LAUNCH - Creative has been given the "go-ahead" for production

PRODUCTION - The creative is in a production environment

Kanban Filters

Set your kanban filters to view only the creatives you want to see. Filter by the following:

1. Filter by campaign
2. Filter by media channel (TikTok, Google, Meta)
3. Filter by media type (Keyword, Image, Video)
4. Filter by the creative status to see only those that are in a certain kanban stage
5. Filter by average spend
6. Filter by creative metrics such as AMID, CRID, SubIDs and Creative Tags

Each column will provide you with the number of creatives are currently in each stage.
