Click Listing

Visualize user engagement through click listings to gain a profound understanding of how users interact with your listings. See exactly what the user saw on the offer wall and if they converted with an endpoint.

Pingtree's click listing feature can be a very integral part of a campaigns success. This is a great no-code developement feature where users can integrate a click listing tile that will faciliate traffic to an end buyer.

In many cases, users utlize this functionality by applying it towards lead traffic that may not have qualified for the initial product offer. Instead of declining this traffic, click listings can provide an outlet to monetize these leads through a similar offering via the click listing.

Pingtree provides the template which entirely customizable and includes a spot for the buyer or offer's logo, custom CTA verbiage, buttons, disclaimers and more.

These click listings will live within the campaign level. Users can track the amount of clicks from said click listings and send lead data to the partner as well as get postbacks with revenue and conversion events.

Campaign Click Listings

Click listings are set on the campaign level.

Viewing All Click Listings

In order to view all active and inactive click listings, you will go into the campaign's webflow tab and proceed in the click listings sub tab.

Click Listing Table Data

In your campaign, navigate to the webflow tab and then into the click listings section.

This view will provide you with all performance and financial metrics of each clicklisting as well as CAPs and CAP pacing.

Sort this table to view data based off of daily, weekly, monthly or all time. Additionally you may sort your view of the table between active and inactive click listings.

Adjusting Rank

Depending on performance or potential revenue, you may want to change the rank of your click listings.

You will do this within your campaign's webflow tab in the click listing section. Simply rearrange the order of your listings by clicking and dragging into the order you wish for them to appear.

Assuming there are no additional distribution rules in place, the active click listings will appear on your offer wall in the same order it's set to in this view.

Create A Click Listing

Click listings can either be created from scratch, or added via the available integrations section of your campaign distribution tab. Integrating an exisiting option will import the buyer's logo, CTAs, verbiage and all other content. You will still need to add in the unique posting url and field parameters.

In order to create a new click listing from scratch, follow the steps below:

  1. Create a custom endpoint for the click listing buyer(if needed).
  2. Within the appropriate custom endpoint, select the "Click Listings" item in the Account Settings sidebar menu and select the "Create Click Listing" button.
  3. In this view you will be able to add in the click listing image, title, redirect URL, CTA's, buttons, descriptions and field mapping parameters. This will all be completed within the editor portion.
  4. As you add content, the UI will dynamically update into a preview of the click listing at the top of the page. You may also preview the click listing in a live offer wall environment by clicking on the "Preview Click Listing Live" button.
  5. View the previews both through a desktop viewport as well as a mobile viewport.
  6. Once you are satisfied with the UI of the click listing and have added in all field mapping parameters, click the "Submit" button and your click listing has been created.
  7. After creating the UI of the click listing, you will need to navigate back to the Account Settings sidebar menu and select "Listing Filters"
  8. Within this view, you will be able to enable the click listing by toggling the enable button on thus activating it onto your offer wall.
  9. Add in filters, and rules that will give you full control as to which leads be shown this click listing.

Editing A Click Listing

Editing existing click listings is quite simple.

You're able to edit the click listing within the same place you created your click listing, you will select on the Actions button for the desired click listing.

You may also edit the click listing from the Campaign Webflow tab in the click listings section.

From here you'll be able to view and edit within the same area in which you originally created the click listing.

Mobile Vs. Desktop Editor

You have the flexibility to view your click lisiting UI in both a desktop and a mobile viewport to ensure it's exactly to your liking.

Click Listing Redirect Parameters

Setting up your click listing redirect parameters is similar to the way in which you would set up lead routing parameters for an endpoint or advertiser.

Within the click listing editor, there is section for adding in the redirect URL.

Below the editor, you will find the redirect URL mapping with your system generated and custom field parameters. From here you can map the lead data to the buyers endpoint which will be the redirect URL you would have already added.

Click Listing Iframe

An iframe, short for "inline frame," is an HTML element used to embed one HTML document within another. It allows you to display content from one webpage within a designated area of another webpage.

How it works:

  1. Embedding Content: When you use an <iframe> element in an HTML document, you're essentially creating a window through which you can view another webpage.

  2. Separate Document: The content inside the iframe is a separate HTML document with its own URL. This means you can display content from a different domain within your webpage.

  3. Controlled Dimensions: You can specify the dimensions (width and height) of the iframe to control how much space it takes up on your page.

  4. Scrolling: You can enable or disable scrolling within the iframe. If the content inside the iframe is larger than the dimensions you set, scrollbars will appear.

  5. Content Loading: The content inside the iframe is loaded independently from the main document. This means that it won't affect the loading or performance of the main page.

  6. Communication Between Frames: While iframes can be used to display content from another source, there are security measures in place to prevent direct interaction between the parent page and the content inside the iframe. This is done to prevent malicious activities like cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.

Using An Iframe

An iframe, short for "inline frame," is an HTML element used to embed one HTML document within another. It allows you to display content from one webpage within a designated area of another webpage.

Pingtree provides you with the iFrame code that will be embedded within the offer wall that allows you to make these dynamic UI updates to the click listings without needing to write code.
