How to Request a Custom Build

All custom build requests are submitted through the Pingtree support ticket system.

Open a Support Ticket

Navigate to Support > Tickets and click New Ticket. Set the priority that reflects your timeline.

Describe Your Requirements

Provide as much detail as possible about what you need. Include design references, API documentation, example data structures, or any other relevant materials as attachments.

Scope and Quote

A Solutions Engineer will review your request and reach out to discuss scope, timeline, and pricing. Pricing is based on complexity and hours of work required — contact your account manager for an estimate.

Build and Delivery

Once scope is agreed, your dedicated project is assigned to a Solutions Engineer. You will receive progress updates via your support ticket and any associated Working Sessions.
The more detail you provide upfront, the faster the scoping process will be. If you have wireframes, API specs, or sample data, attach them to your ticket when submitting the request.

Project Management

For complex or multi-phase builds, Pingtree provides dedicated project management to keep your work on track:
  • A named Solutions Engineer is assigned as your point of contact
  • Progress is tracked and communicated through your support ticket
  • Working Sessions can be scheduled throughout the build for live reviews and feedback
  • Deliverables are tested and validated before handoff
