Time Zone

Timezone is the most overlooked setting in the application and will alter reporting and calculations by hours, which will make for lining up reporting to external systems more difficult.

Role Based Access

Role based access gives organization administrators the ability to create custom roles to assign to new team members.

When creating a new role you're able to choose the specific permissions and access this custom role will have. These are typically segmented by the specific position or responsibilities a user has within your organization.
